The problem

The access costs more
than the work.

Industrial surfaces at height accumulate contamination that affects thermal performance, structural condition, and compliance standing. The cleaning itself is usually straightforward. Getting to the surface is not.

Scaffolding a cooling tower or stack means days of erection before any cleaning begins, and days of dismantling after. Rope access requires certified technicians and detailed rescue planning. Elevated work platforms need ground bearing capacity and clear approach that many process areas simply don't have.

On most jobs, access dominates both the schedule and the invoice, and every hour of it is time at height for someone.

The approach

Fly to the surface.
Skip the structure.

The SPD25 carries a high-pressure cleaning payload directly to the working surface. There is no scaffold to erect, no rope system to rig, and no platform to position. The mobilisation is the flight.

No access infrastructure: reaches surfaces at height without scaffolding, rope systems, or elevated work platforms, and without the ground conditions those require.
Standard spray setup: standard pressure washing quick-connect fittings, fed by a standard pump up to 3000 PSI. Fit rotating, wide-fan or angled nozzles to suit the surface.
Crews stay on the ground: no time at height and no one on the structure while it is cleaned.
Less setup: no scaffold to erect or ropes to rig before cleaning can start.
Where it works

Structures the SPD25
is built for.

Any large surface at height where access is the expensive part of the job. These are the structures we're targeting first.

Application
Cooling towers

Shells and accessible surfaces where biological growth and scale build up, cleaned without a scaffold build.

Application
Stacks & flues

Exterior surfaces on tall, slender structures where scaffolding is disproportionately expensive and rope access is slow. The SPD25 reaches exterior surfaces up to 50 m without scaffolding.

Application
Facades & cladding

Large building envelopes and industrial cladding where the surface area is significant and the value of the cleaning does not justify a full access build.

Pilot programme

See it work on
your own site.

01
Review
Your structure and surfaces

We look at the structure, the surface condition, your site controls and permit requirements, and agree what a good result looks like.

02
Pilot
On-site trial

We bring the SPD25 to your site and clean a defined area, with pre-flight checks to your facility's safety standards and your team watching from the ground.

03
Decide
Results and next steps

We go through the results together. If it fits your work, we agree how to take it further.

The platform

Built on the
SPD25.

Industrial cleaning runs on the SPD25, a heavy-lift pressure washing drone with up to 13 kg of payload capacity and up to 50 minutes of flight time (no payload). Its spray boom pressure cleans surfaces up to 50 metres high.

Full specifications, features and payload options are on the product page.
